Heart Patients Not Getting 'Most Appropriate' Drugs | Over half of heart patients in Scotland are at high risk for stroke can not be the most appropriate treatment, according to a new report.

"We continue to watch closely and will help ensure that these standards have been implemented to help people avoid heart disease, and make sure the service is best for heart patients in all parts of the country."

Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland Chief Executive David Clark said: "We recognize that this is a real success due to heart disease and Program Improvement Scotland has some of the world-class center for the treatment of heart disease.
